Job Description
The Manager of Financial Reporting, Risk and Contract Management is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing risk management and analysis, and dissemination of financial and operational reports at Partners Community Health (PCH).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and management
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
