Partners Community Health (PCH) is a new not-for-profit organization focused on bringing healthcare services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto. PCH operates two new state-of-the-art LTC homes and community hub in West Mississauga. The organization is committed to building partnerships and connections that put people first, as well as a learning and leading healthcare community that provides best-in-class service across the aging continuum.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• Business, life sciences, health informatics or related discipline preferred
• Master's degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management in healthcare environments such as hospitals, government or public sector required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset
