Job Description
Partners Community Health (PCH) is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support residents in their long-term care homes. The RPN will be responsible for providing nursing care, medication administration, and promoting the PCH's philosophy of care.
Requirements
- Post-graduate studies in Geriatrics and Nursing Administration is an asset
- Current certification of competence of the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Medication Certificate which meets the College of Nurses Standards of Practice
- One year experience in a long-term care facility with knowledge and interest in gerontology
- Members R.P.N.A.O./R.N.A.O./Gerontological Nursing Association preferred
