Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (MSD365) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant long-term Care
