Investment Fund Lawyer (German speaking)

We are seeking an Investment Fund Lawyer with German speaking skills for our Zug, Switzerland office. The role involves managing complex structuring projects, drafting legal documents, and leading the design and formation of customized separate accounts for the German institutional market.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of relevant work experience at a top law firm, bank and/or asset manager
• Fluent German language skills
• Experience forming and advising on Luxembourg investment funds
• Experience working with institutional investors, including pension plans, insurance companies, endowments and banks
