Job Description
Partners Group is seeking a Structuring Paralegal to join their Singapore office in London or supporting the London office in Singapore. The role focuses on managing internal structuring projects and initiatives, working closely with clients to deliver market-leading investment structures. The team plays a vital role in fund strategy, development, and servicing, supporting various processes including fund formation, marketing, and MFN elections.
