Job Description
The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is seeking a Principal Supervisor for elementary schools to coach, develop, and support school principals in transforming schools to revolutionize education. This hybrid role involves overseeing 5 principals and building capacity through strategic initiatives and collaborative partnerships with LAUSD and local counterparts. The position emphasizes creating school culture of belonging, impactful instructional practices, and identifying systemic barriers to student success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in education in similar communities as the Partnership
- 5+ years of experience as a full-time certificated public school principal
- 3+ years of full-time credentialed teaching experience in similar communities as the Partnership
- 5+ years of leading and managing teams with demonstrated ability to set goals and monitor progress
