Job Description
Support Engineer position at Partoo in Paris, responsible for strengthening the link between internal care teams and the technical part of the product, ensuring rapid resolution of complex customer requests and guaranteeing a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Engineering profile, Master or equivalent
- Solid experience with API, ideally in SaaS
- Common French and English
- Communicative, rigorous and organized
- Analytical spirit to investigate, identify anomalies and improve processes
- Autonomous, dynamic and customer satisfaction-oriented
- Excellent team spirit and curiosity to quickly understand various subjects
