As an Auto Parts Counter Professional, you'll report directly to the Store Manager and be at the heart of our inside sales activity. You'll build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best service and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market
- Phone skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships
- General automotive knowledge is preferred
- Experience with POS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
