As the HVAC Business Development Specialist, you will maintain relationships with existing customers while strategically seeking out new opportunities. You'll handle a high volume of outbound sales calls each day, as well as inbound calls and emails from customers, making each interaction count. You'll uncover customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and position Parts Town's value proposition to drive revenue and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an inside sales, business development, customer service, or account management role
- Experience in the commercial HVAC industry is a bonus
- Passionate about building something new and solving problems
- Proactive and organized, with a ability to take initiative and follow through
- Resilient, with the ability to see rejection as an exciting challenge
- Fantastic communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written)
