Parts Town is looking for an Outbound Manager to lead the team in the execution of shipping customer orders same day. The role involves managing outbound supervisors, driving department initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations supervisory/manager role (Distribution Center experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of team members
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (MS Access is a bonus)
- Previous experience with warehouse management systems and warehouse control systems
- Ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted
