Job Description
Parts Town is seeking a Senior Director of IT Operations to lead their Infrastructure & Cloud strategy across North America. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT operations experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT operations with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in hybrid and cloud environments, IaC, DevOps, and automation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, observability platforms, and modern endpoint management
- Proven success in cost optimization, infrastructure modernization, and multi-division environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
