Job Description
We're looking for a Team Lead (Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler) to help with problem solving and operational oversight for our larger and more automated Distribution Center, as well as improving new-hire training. As the Team Lead, you'll further your career development by leading our team of Parts Wranglers.
Requirements
- Good standing, not on a disciplinary action, and a top performer in your current role
- Passionate about time management and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to move around for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Vehicle certified or willing to be trained
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal)
