Head of Data Technology

PASHA Holding is seeking a Head of Data Technology to lead the full product management lifecycle of new data technologies and drive value across the Group. The role involves building data technologies by collaborating with stakeholders, leading the Agile development of data teams, and ensuring data platform strategy alignment with the group’s objectives. Mentoring and developing the team are key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior data technology leadership role
• Proven track record of leading full product management lifecycles for complex technology solutions
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data technologies, and data exchange platforms
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
• Ability to mentor and develop a diverse team of technology professionals
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and/or English
