Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking responsible and dedicated individuals to fill full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions in Ross Township, PA. DSPs provide assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and transportation, fostering independence and promoting quality support for individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs. They are responsible for creating individualized support plans and documenting observations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
