Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) professionals in the Delmont, PA area. The role involves providing direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, including preparing meals, administering medication, and providing transportation. Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or Associate’s degree/60 credit hours)
- Two years experience working with children with ID or mental health
- OR Associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university (or 60 credit hours)
- Four years experience working with children with ID or mental health
- Passing the required skills, such as compassion, motivation, and dedication to quality support
- Must obtain a certification (if required)
