Full Stack Developer

PassTime is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of JavaScript frameworks, experience with API integration and cloud-based architectures, and strong analytical and business writing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or coding related field
• Demonstrated 6+ years of progressive experience as a full stack software developer
• Strong quantitative ability and aptitude for quantitative learning
• Strong analytical and business writing skills
• Familiar with modern AI-based coding assistants like Anthropic Claude Code and its appropriate use in modern software development
• Excellent at troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to work both individually with minimal guidance and within a team
• Ability to present findings and technical proposals to internal and external customers
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends as needed
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
