Implementation Consultant

Patchwork Health is a company that provides a fully integrated workforce management solution to optimize outcomes for healthcare organizations. They are looking for an Implementation Consultant to support Implementation Managers in delivering successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, administrative project support, or client and delivery operations in a SaaS, healthcare, or tech-related environment
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI)
• Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with project management governance and processes
• Ability to track and document project progress effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good proficiency in general business technologies - Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
• Tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems
• Prideful attention to detail
• Eagerness to work in a team and be a self-starter
• A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
