Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, administrative project support, or client and delivery operations in a SaaS, healthcare, or tech-related environment
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI)
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with project management governance and processes
- Ability to track and document project progress effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good proficiency in general business technologies - Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
- Tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems
- Prideful attention to detail
- Eagerness to work in a team and be a self-starter
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
