Head of Product

Patchwork Health is seeking a Head of Product to lead their product team in delivering innovative, customer-centric, and commercially successful products. The role requires experience in product leadership, agile environments, and SaaS products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic vision.

Requirements

• Demonstrable Product Leadership experience
• Experience working in Product Management within a strongly agile environment, with SaaS products
• Proven history of working in multidisciplinary-teams to ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of product development
• Experience building, communicating, and executing on product strategy
• Skilled in communicating product decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to define and articulate problems in simple terms, and explore solutions with the right balance of simplicity, flexibility and impact
• Passion for a challenge and to challenge others to drive success
• Prideful in attention to detail
• Ability and passion to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment
