Path Construction is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their growing accounting team. The role involves managing invoices, processing payments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining vendor relationships. They operate a rapidly growing organization across multiple states.

Requirements

• Set up subcontracts and purchase orders in Job Cost System
• Ensure all Subcontractor/Suppliers invoices are submitted as required
• Ensure change orders are processed accurately and timely
• Maintain Accounts Payable Database
• Schedule and prepare checks
• Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Ensure proper matching Revenues and Expenses
• Ensure proper workflow and reporting for projects
• Ensure proper compliance with vendor documents
