Job Description
Path Construction is seeking a qualified Assistant Project Manager to join their rapidly growing commercial general contractor organization. The role involves managing subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, and cost control. The company is focused on construction excellence and delivering high-quality work to diverse clients throughout the United States.
Requirements
- 4 year degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of building and construction management experience
- OSHA Site Safety Experience
- General knowledge of construction principles
- Valid driver's license
- Positive motor vehicle record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 30lbs
