Job Description
Path Construction is seeking a qualified Project Accountant to join their growing accounting team in the Chicago, IL area. They are a rapidly growing, general contractor specializing in diverse construction services, with offices in Arlington Heights, Scottsdale, and Charlotte, NC. The role involves managing project accounts, ensuring compliance, and assisting with tax reporting.
Requirements
- A college degree in accounting/business administration is desired
- Minimum of 2-5 years previous experience, preferably in a construction project cost environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel, Sage Construction CRE 300, and Paychex
- Experience with construction billing and collections
