Job Description
Path Construction is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee all safety protocols and procedures on construction sites across the country. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, while fostering a culture of safety and development. Path Construction is a rapidly growing commercial general contractor.
Requirements
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Provide safety training
- Investigate accidents and near misses
- Maintain records of safety inspections and training
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (CSP highly desirable)
