Job Description
We are a California employer seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our PATH Enterprises team. The role is responsible for maintaining the safety and habitability of our residential and services sites. We offer a competitive benefits package and a rewarding work environment.
Requirements
- Five years of general maintenance experience in building/equipment maintenance, carpentry, and repairs
- Two years of experience in plumbing and/or electrical maintenance
- Basic computer skills and/or demonstrated aptitude to use computer-based technologies
