Program Associate, Technology Innovation, Digital Health AI and MedTech

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. The South Asia Program is seeking a Program Associate – Technology Innovation to envision and execute strategic organizational priorities, programmatic activities, and government support for medical technology innovations along with AI and digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Post-graduate in Engineering (preferably Bio-medical)/ Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biotechnology)/ Public Health.
• At least 5 years of work experience in public health, healthcare services, industry, incubators, manufacturing, or a mix of these with the government or with a global health or development organization.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative/ matrix organizational structure.
• Ability to work in a multi-site team-based organizational structure, including partners and other collaborators.
• Demonstrated ability to work with partners to achieve results.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with donors, partners, communities and National and State Governments.
