Job Description
Pathward is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic End User Computing I to support technology services and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves providing technical support, participating in product development, installing/configuring workstations, performing system integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders. Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to financial inclusion, focused on providing innovative and secure financial products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory
- AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow (preferred)
- Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
