Job Description

They are seeking a reliable End User Computing II to support technology services and ensure high-quality support. The role involves working with stakeholders, administering end-user technologies, and contributing to system integration testing. This is a hybrid, remote-office position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, AutoPilot, JAMF, ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Excellent communication skills
