Machine Learning Researcher / Engineer (Foundational Models)

Pathway is seeking a motivated Machine Learning Researcher / Engineer to join an R&D team focused on building LiveAI™ systems. This foundational project will involve model training, architecture improvement, and designing new experiments to impact the success of the project. The team, built by leading AI luminaries, is backed by over $15M in investor funding and has significant scientific backing.

Requirements

• Published at least one paper at NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICML
• Significant contribution to an LLM training effort with newsworthy results (e.g., Huggingface benchmark)
• 6 months experience in a leading ML research center (e.g., Google Brain, Deepmind, Apple, Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, MILA)
• ICPOC World Finalist or IOI, IMO, IPhO medalist in High School
• Deep learning research background (or Vision/Robotics ML)
• Fluency in English
• Experience with hands-on experiments and model training
