Job Description
The Production Management Senior Analyst will maintain applications in the production environment, identify and implement solutions to optimize operating efficiency, and manage scheduled events. Responsibilities include supporting production applications in a Sharepoint environment, investigating and resolving incidents, and performing break-fix coding and scripting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize problems, incidents, and service requests
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
