Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty

Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (ST) to provide care to patients in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara County. The Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed speech therapy programs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Pathology curriculum approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.
• California registration as a Speech Pathologist (or eligibility; must take first examination scheduled after appointment) by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of one year’s recent professional Speech Pathology experience.
