Job Description
Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to provide in-person support, coaching, and coordination for families involved with child welfare. The role involves providing crisis management, de-escalation, and emotional regulation support, as well as working with youth to develop coping skills. Requirements
- Crisis Management and/or De-escalation experience preferred
- Experience within the foster care system preferred
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification
- Tier 1 Collaborative Problem Solving certification
- Fingerprinting and background checks
