Job Description
This Behavioral Health Technician position provides one-to-one services to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral disturbances, with the guidance of a behavioral consultant. The role involves helping clients improve functioning, setting boundaries, and providing support to parents/adult professionals. The technician will travel to clients' homes/schools/service locations daily.
Requirements
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- 2 years’ prior Behavior Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification (or ability to complete within first 10 days)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing Behavioral Health services
- Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT
- 2-year experience providing Behavioral Health services
