Job Description
Pathways is seeking a Caregiver to support adults with developmental disabilities in their home setting. This role focuses on providing social, emotional, and environmental supports to help residents achieve independence and live fulfilling lives. The Caregiver will assist with household duties and supervise residents in performing them to maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment.
Requirements
- A high school graduate or possession of a general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to work as part of a team
