Family Connections Consultant

Clarvida is seeking a Family Connections Consultant to support vulnerable families in Arizona, focusing on meeting child safety needs, preventing child maltreatment, and connecting them with community resources. The role involves initial assessments, service plan development, parent training, and progress evaluations, with weekly parent-child interaction and monthly communication with caregivers.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.)
• One (1) year or more experience working in a human service focused field
• Active and valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current Arizona State Driver’s License
• Good driving record for the past three years
• Active personal vehicle registration and liability insurance
