Job Description
The Medical Compliance Specialist position involves assisting with medical care for disabled individuals in a group home or day program. Duties include assessing patients, assisting with appointments, training staff, and reviewing medical records. This role works with the Operations team to recommend treatment interventions and ensure compliance with ODP regulations.
Requirements
- Completion of a State-approved Licensed Practical Nursing course and possession of a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
