Job Description
Implementation Project Manager at PatientIQ. Responsible for delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations across large health systems and healthcare organizations. Leadership role that owns the full lifecycle of implementation engagements, from executive kickoff through go-live and measurable value realization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management leading enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise implementation governance, risk management, and change management principles.
- Experience managing large health system clients and executive stakeholders.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Notion), collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Hubspot CRM), and Microsoft Office Suite.
