Patent Attorney

We are scaling our team quickly and are looking for a Patent Attorney to drive the success of our AI product within the patent markets. The role is located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work from home.

Requirements

• Grow and maintain relationships with law firms, patent attorneys, corporations, and other enterprise clients
• Identify customer-market fit by understanding client needs and pain points
• Develop and present innovative solutions for patent applications, patent preparation, patent law, patentability assessments, and due diligence tasks
• Conduct thorough patentability and clearance searches
• Draft patent applications, amendments, responses to office actions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Provide guidance on patent prosecution and litigation matters
• Collaborate closely with the product development team
• Create compelling collateral and resources to support sales efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in patent laws, and emerging technologies
