Job Description
Patreon is seeking a Customer Happiness Technical Specialist to support their mission of funding the creative class. The successful candidate will provide world-class support to creators and handle technically complex issues related to Memberful, a platform that helps creators engage with their fans.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a SaaS product in a technical capacity
- Strong WordPress experience
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Excellent written communication skills
- Located in the United States
- Available to work Pacific hours or late-day EST
