Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Wealth of experience helping product teams make great decisions with data
• Experimentation expert with strong statistical inference skillset
• Solid analytical thinking and ability to ask the right questions
• SQL expert with experience in Python or R for statistical analyses
• Track record of building strong relationships with product, engineering, research, and design teammates
• Growth mindset and aspiration to continuously improve soft and technical skills
• Expert communicator with a love for clarity and simplicity
