Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service (highly desirable)
• Strong technical aptitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with French (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Ability to work outside of Romania
