Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
