Associate Director of Ecommerce (Mandarin speaking)

Pattern is seeking an Associate Director of Ecommerce to lead all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, partner success, and taking action, with a strong background in ecommerce and experience in managing a team of ecommerce professionals.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
• Minimum of 7 years' commercial experience working within an ecommerce business
• People management experience, comfortable leading a team
• Analytical and able to make sense of data and complexity
• Can influence externally and internally to achieve common goals
• Independent, highly motivated, and focused on outcomes
• Able to deal with ambiguity and to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment by pivoting priorities
• A proactive nature, problem and innovative solver
• Excellent time management and organization skills to prioritize workloads effectively
