HS diploma or GED, and required to have an insurance license. Must be current in IICRC for Fire and water compliance. Strong communication and risk management skills are also needed
Project Manager
High school diploma or GED required. Must have an insurable driver’s license. Experience in remodeling or restoration is preferred
Director of Estimating
4+ years exp. in construction/estimation, HSD/GED. Proficiency in Xactimate, RMS, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs & comfortable with working in hazardous environments
Estimator
High school diploma/GED required, plus a valid driver’s license and insurance. 2+ years in estimating experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Business Development Manager
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, Bachelor's degree, and insurable driver's license
