Job Description
Paul Davis, the Director of Estimating for Team has been leading the company in property restoration for over 27 years. The Director of Estimating oversees the estimating process, leverages technology, and fosters continuous improvement within the team. This role requires accuracy, communication, and a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in construction, construction estimating, and/or insurance property claims
- High degree of software and technology competency
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to safely work in dirty, elevated-risk jobsites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
