Restoration Estimator

Paul Davis is a leading restoration company specializing in insurance provider and commercial property reconstruction after traumatic events such as fires or floods. They are looking for Restoration Estimators to work with clients to assess damage, scope projects, and manage communication with insurance professionals. The role involves physically working on site to accurately evaluate damage and accurately communicate project requirements.

Requirements

• Professionally represent Paul Davis's principles of honesty and integrity.
• Meet all service standards established by clients or the company.
• Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate, or Symbility.
• Complete estimates within 24 hours of assignment.
• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
• Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin.
• Meet Net Promoter Score of minimum monthly average of 70.
• Closing the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours.
• Responsible for being the first contact for homeowners when participating in the on-call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and background check with a clean record.
• 1 – 3 years in a professional setting.
