Job Description

The role involves overseeing reconstruction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction, and managing team members and subcontractors. Requirements
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion
- Conduct walkthroughs and create project timelines
- Coordinating in-house carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors
- Managing 25–45 projects simultaneously
- Ensuring projects are fully completed to client satisfaction
- Driving revenue, maintaining profit margins, and prioritizing customer satisfaction
