Job Description
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily operations. This role ensures timely and accurate transaction processing across vendors, customers, and accounting systems, maintaining cash flow and financial integrity. The specialist is responsible for invoice entry, collection follow-up, and reconciliation, ensuring smooth cash flow and financial compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Xero).
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation templates).
- Familiarity with vendor/customer payment processes.
- Understanding of GAAP/IFRS AP/AR treatments.
- Experience with SaaS, real estate, manufacturing, or professional services.
