Job Description
Paugo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure renewals and growth. The role involves proactive engagement, problem-solving, retention strategies, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Success will be measured by metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Renewal rate, and client health.
Requirements
- Lead client onboarding sessions and establish success criteria.
- Manage a portfolio of 20–40 active accounts.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify at-risk accounts and re-engage them.
- Prepare and deliver client health reports.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to expand accounts.
