Job Description
Pavago is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage payroll operations for client organizations, ensuring accurate and timely payments, tax compliance, and audit readiness. The role involves end-to-end payroll lifecycle management, integration with accounting systems, and resolution of discrepancies. Flexible work hours align with U.S. client time zones.
Requirements
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one payroll system (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, Gusto, BambooHR).
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).
