Job Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales Assistant position for a client focused on building relationships and driving sales. The role involves administrative support, CRM management, and coordination between sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a strong customer connection. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead, contact, and opportunity records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Schedule calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones using Outlook, Google Calendar, or scheduling tools.
- Draft, format, and proofread sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Maintain dashboards that give sales leadership visibility into performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports from CRM.
